I love this lotion! It's more like a cream, but it can be pumped. I think my pump dosage is 1 ounce per pump, so I use about 2 ounces per massage. I place 2 pumps in a rubber bowl, warm them in a towel for 30 minutes, then add essential oils and flower essences to customize for each client. I can easily add a little more to the bowl if I need more. I'd rather add more than waste it by starting with too much. I've been using it for years and have to order every few months so I can go with the 5 gallon size this time! Yes, it's a bit pricey, but quality ingredients are important to me, and I love supporting a company that cares about the environment and uses renewable energy to run their business.
