I need a base to get rid of neck pain and develop healthy work habits. Because he's always looking at my computer. I also need something permanent because I don't have a desk to stand at all the time, so I have to set up my computer and take it off my desk at least 3 times a day. I found this base and decided to give it a try. It's 100% metal. Its quality is very good. Really strong metal and double arm construction ensure better stability. There is a pad on the top that does not scratch the laptop and does not slip. There are no portability issues and my computer is very stable during use. I love this base and can only recommend it.
