I bought this cover for all my three children under 10 years old. Each in their own color, of course. I love the protection it offers when falling (EVERY DAY). ). I have purchased screen protectors for each of them and am very glad I did. In this case, there are a few minor downsides. The first is the lightning connector area. I went with a couple of 10 foot right angle cords at a time as they tend to be better protected and less likely to be damaged by kids in less than a couple of months. For this reason, the connector area is designed for direct cable entry. Since the housings are easy to 'adjust' let's just say I just cut out the area around the connector area to accommodate the larger cable and now it works great and doesn't damage the cables. The second small issue with this case is the 2 stands on the back to allow the iPad to stand up. They are the same foam with a small stick going through them, penetrating just half an inch into the case. So my Tasmanian devil children come out a lot and I've gotten very good at getting them back. Apart from these two small flaws, I'm really thankful for these cases as they protect my iPads even from my kids. that says something.
