I used this band on an overseas trip where I walked several kilometers each day in new work shoes. Thinking it would cause blisters, I pre-applied this tape after hearing people praise it while hiking in the Appalachia. It worked fantastically. It lasts two weeks. It came off easily at the end of the trip. BUT, suddenly my knuckles burned. They itched like crazy. They itched for a good 5 weeks. Reading other reviews I found this to be quite a common occurrence. I suspect if I deleted it at the end of each day I would have a better experience. As it was, I gave the role (to someone I had warned).
