I like that it is easy for us as an agency to use with our clients, and we can send them information they are interested in quickly after receiving their request in order of importance which helps me keep my inbox clear at all times! It takes some time to learn how it works but once you do its pretty seamless.

We were looking into having another ERP system installed so that could have been easier than this product if there was one already available when i started working here. Great solution overall considering we had not yet decided what exactly our needs would be within the future. Reducing data entry errors and keeping track of customer requests.
