Yes, $9 seems like a good price for TWO items, but for such a "saving" there are some quality issues. First there was hardened plastic. a stick (looked like hot glue but wasn't) on the gold piece of metal holding the stone together. It was close enough to the stone to strengthen my skin, which unfortunately nearly scratched my outer eyelid area. This hardened piece CANNOT be removed without some sort of blade as it's really stuck in there. Second, this tool is very noisy and annoying. It's so squeaky that it sounds like an old bed creaking, not subtle at all. You shouldn't do this next to someone who is sleeping unless you want to disturb them. Eventually I contacted the seller about these issues and they offered no help or replacement. I assume you were already aware of the quality issues? I'm debating whether to go back because of these issues or whether to stay until I find something better. Nothing, I'm sending it back as I think the quality will continue to deteriorate. I would not order nor recommend due to quality issues. Hope that helps :)
