If only I had read the review! My 7 year old daughter is a slim 6 so I ordered a regular 6 (not 6x) thinking it had an elastic waistband. nope! I just ordered another pair in a size 4 and hope they fit! The overall quality makes a good impression, the size just doesn't fit.

- These pants are great. My daughter usually wears a size 6 and I had to go for a size 4.
- May be considered too hot or uncomfortable in warm weather
