This is a great product. However, this particular size is perfect for adults, especially men. I'm 5'10" and 170 pounds, so I'm of average build. For me, this is the perfect choice. If I had a little more muscle on top, it would probably be uncomfortable. Remember, this vest is designed around your chest is attached and your chest expands when you do cardio, especially over the distance.So if you are a skinny man or woman,this will probably suit you.LEDs are bright;The front white lights can actually be used, to illuminate the path ahead (unless you are a very fast runner, in which case the limited range of these lights may not be sufficient) For safety reasons, the LEDs are clearly visible to drivers from at least 100 meters away. The battery pack feels weak but my light doesn't dim even after 90 minutes of use (on continuous tuning) Yes, you can set the light to continuous beam, fast pulsed beam, slow pulsed STR ahl and set off. The red lights in the back (taillights!) are cool. Only the turn signals are missing! At first I thought the chest pocket was ridiculously small, but it's actually roomier than it first appears, with more than half of the pocket tucked under Velcro. My iPhone X with case fits in easily, along with car keys and ID. Fits even a larger phone. The build quality is high and the overall weight is very light. A lot of people stopped me to ask where I bought it. Note that the cost savings of not having to purchase AAA batteries or disc batteries makes this light up vest a great value. Remember to remove the plastic cover from the switch/battery pack before use (and unplug when not in use). This vest has front and rear lights; so you are not so visible from the outside. However, the LEDs on this vest are MUCH MORE visible than the "tubes" that illuminate so-called 360 degree glow vests (many of which require batteries). These "tubes" are also much more prone to damage/breakage compared to the built in and isolated LEDs in this vest. Run, walk or hike with confidence in low light or after dark with this vest.
