I like that it's easy to use, has great customer support (both live chat and email) and also offers an API if you need custom integrations with other systems. It can be difficult to find information about what features are available in each plan level - but there is some documentation/helpful links on their website. If you're looking for a simple way to store data from your memcache servers without having to manage this yourself then Memcacher will do all of this for you. We've been able to easily integrate our Memcached clusters into our application using Memcacher and have seen significant performance improvements across multiple apps we run at my current employer.
