Seems they are here to ditch their inventory of defective models. The 20-inch Huion drawing monitor displays the width larger than the height, which always produces stretched images. The problem is exacerbated when you draw images at an angle, since the right and left angles become even more angular when drawing on this monitor. It wasn't mentioned in any of their descriptions! Huion has no solution for this. They will tell you to buy a 16 inch or 22 inch monitor. I didn't buy them, but those models don't have the same problem as this one. Don't take this if you're serious about drawing. They're not for you if you don't want to edit your drawing every time you use this monitor. Along with this defect, I am very disappointed with Huions service. Even though they sold me a defective model, they tried to make more money off me when I reported this problem. I reported this defect after the 30 day return period had expired. They do not accept free returns for this. They want you to pay for the refund Huion called. I also asked to replace another monitor that doesn't have this problem and they told me to buy their more expensive models. I bought this monitor hoping it would work well. Why should I buy another one and pay more if the seller betrayed my trust? I paid 300€ for a 20" monitor. I want the same or better model without these problems and Huion doesn't want that. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase and will never get a good picture of Huion. I will look for one look for another company based on the monitor design.
