Spaceship's only downside is the noisy cable, which can be secured with a wire over the ear, the ear cups can fall off or loosen, the cable cannot be replaced and it must have more volume than normal headphones. The sound is simply cohesive as the mids feel natural, the highs are there and the mids amplify and the bass is there but recedes into the background without muddying the mids. It's a balanced sound that, like me, can be listened to for hours. They are painted and made of real metal. Starships are a great option if you need well-balanced audio as a starting point, or want balanced audio at a low price.
