Runs slim but can accommodate men with large chests, shoulders and lats. Many of these "fitted" shirts should be labeled "slim". Not this one. It's actually made for guys with thin waists and little muscle. The quality is actually very good for the price. I have ordered several other shirts for the same price from Revain and found the fabric to be like sandpaper. This one is actually quite comfortable.
