Very bad design. After you fix them, everything is fine. After installation, the system has 3 rotary knobs. Small for shower installation; Switch between rain and manual control. Two large ones that loosen to allow you to adjust the rain shower head. These big handles are like Norman doors; You push when you should pull. In this case, people would turn those big knobs to change the shower setting only to think they broke the damn thing when the shower head fell off. I thought it was just my family, but when I was having a pool party and people went to take a shower, they turned the big knob too. For most people, large pens are the first thing they see and the first thing they try. I fixed this by replacing them with a washer and nut. There's also a triple value loosening that can't seem to be fixed, so no matter how many pucks you stick in or how tight you tighten them. It leaks at any pressure > 0. Fixed after not using the shim they gave you and using thicker, more durable and more expensive sealing tape instead. Either way, if you want cheap showerheads like this, get ready to put in some extra work to fix the design flaws.
