I ordered a medium size cloth nappies and waterproof pants set as most reviews said they ran large. So no cloth diapers. They run quite true to size so my 24 lb baby is too big for a medium cloth diaper but the pants fit him. As I have already washed the nappies I will keep them but I ordered a large one and hope they fit better. I wish they would sell diapers and top pants separately. So if you have a bigger baby, choose the larger size if you want cloth diapers to fit.
