Attaching Adhesive Pads

I use it to get in and out of the sewing room so the thread catches on the sticky pad. My question is how do I attach the pads to the white base so they stay there?

Pros

HARD BACK CUSHION INCLUDED: The most common problem with unlined mats is that the mat will stick to your shoes when you step on them, which can cause you to fall. Whereas in our product, the base pad with the weight underneath can hold the mat perfectly on any type of floor/floor.
