They are very well made. Probably the best keychains I've ever had. I don't use them for keys, I use them for flashlights. Sometimes I work with gear in cramped, dark places, and that's the best way to keep a flashlight handy. Working in tight spaces, reaching for a flashlight in your pocket can be excruciating, clip a carabiner to your belt loop and you can grab the flashlight without even looking. You can also reattach the flashlight to the other end of the keychain without even seeing it. Simply close the two ends of the keychain and the magnets will snap back together. Yes, you can pinch your finger that way, and I don't have a big deal, just a little smart. I am sure they will work for keys as well as my flashlight is heavier than my keys. I highly recommend it.
