I like that you don't use a piece of cloth to pull out your hair. Easy to use and requires no aloe or lotion after use. It makes your skin soft and not red like other waxing machines. I've already recommended it to several people who were looking for it. I use it on a patient of mine who has multiple sclerosis and needs help with things like this. She loves it and thanks for creating something that doesn't hurt like other machines and wax. Ideal for beginners and easy to use. I think it's good that the machine switches off when the set temperature is reached.
