Need a small PC that I can detach from updates to run the designjet. The device comes with a USB WiFi dongle, a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter, a keyboard and mouse (inexplicably with a desktop power cable), and its own power adapter. Unfortunately, the included power adapter had a plug that was too big for the computer. I've been using one of the other Dell Optiplex enabled windows temporarily with no problems and stopped the update service. The reseller support site was unreachable, but after calling, I received an email from Amazon support to request the correct power cord. While I'm sure it's a legitimate operation, the process didn't inspire confidence. No "Hello, we've sent it, here's your tracking number" and follow-up emails went unanswered. I was assembling a device to return to Amazon when the cable unexpectedly arrived a week after my initial inquiry. All in all it temporarily fixed the driver crash I originally got it for and this device never worked. Still, at this price I'll just keep it in case there's another driver/update emergency.
