I found for me

I am a sleeping person who falls asleep in the cold and then wakes up in the middle of the night sweating and overheated, my stomach hurts. I've tried all sorts of things including turning the thermostat down in the middle of the night, herbs and other cooling blankets. In general, most "cooling" blankets are just thin blankets with no cooling capacity. I tried ONE that seemed to work, but was so flimsy that it wore out easily with actual use. It's a duvet (which is why it's softer and thicker than duvets) and feels nice underneath. It's not a weighted blanket, but it has substance. The cover is silky and smooth, hence the feeling of coolness. It seems like it can "even out" your temperature more than it actually is cool, so you won't feel hot, but you won't feel cold either. Just a good balance. I still wake up in the middle of the night but I don't feel like throwing up anymore so that's an improvement. money well spent.
