Cheaply made, disappointed

Positive note, I bought these on sale for $6.81, the bows look cheap and the nylon cord is twisted and can pull longer hair, honestly it does look like it , as if someone cut the pantyhose make ribbons, the cord is tied in several, the others are felted and hot glued badly, the "red" bow feels like thick kraft paper, the "skin" is one-sided with one cotton pad, I would do without this one, looks nice but poor quality,
