We got this kit so my girlfriend doesn't have to bring it from home when she visits me. We wanted something good but affordable. That's exactly what we need. The light is VERY bright. The console light is great allowing you to shine from above with just one bulb. Everything is very easy to assemble. The backdrop stand is easily adjustable, which is nice. We use it with a heavy roll of seamless background paper instead of very light solid backgrounds and it's holding up great. Definitely recommend this kit for beginners, backups or those on a tight budget. This works very well.
