I loved it until I turned it on and started putting on my makeup. It kept going on and off. The lights will turn on and off every 5 minutes and stay off for about 10 seconds and then turn on again even if there is a USB error and your phone isn't charging properly. Charges for 1 minute, then stops charging, charges again, and so on. I am so disappointed. I want to return the money. Update: I got a new one and the charger still doesn't work. It looks like it was pushed all the way in. I cannot recommend this mirror. This is the second time I come here to give an update and I am not satisfied at all. We are in a pandemic. The mirror is not cheap. Got money as a Christmas present to buy this because I can't afford it. I've wanted this mirror for so long. I am very disappointed in this mirror. I had such high hopes for it.
