Review on 🪑 Nathan James Kira Kitchen Counter Bar Stool Set of 2, 24" with Backrest, Gray/Silver, featuring PU Leather Cushion and Metal Frame by Jesse Nell

Let's talk about these bar stools first. I have three children and have just remodeled my kitchen. I chose these chairs because they looked comfortable, clean, and easy to clean. Here's why I love her. 1. They clean well - the seat wipes clean and dust, spills and food wipe up easily. You also don't have many bars to clear.2. They won't scratch my new floors. They have sliders on the bottom so they don't scratch my floor and are easy to move for sweeping. They are also lightweight and therefore easy to clean.3. You are cozy. - The padded seat and backrest are soft and much better than metal or wood alternatives. I also like the bar at the bottom to give my legs a rest. Height - do not close review! I didn't like that all those other back-supported stools were blocking the view of my new kitchen. The tops of these stools are even next to my worktop. When I sit on it, my knees don't touch the bottom of the bar. They fit perfectly. Assembly: Assembly was pretty easy. The guide was interesting and fun too. I liked it and my 7 year old son helped me assemble it. Read the instructions and work in the order given, otherwise the chair will move slightly. Durability: They are lightweight and can tip over if children try to climb on board. This has only happened once to my fearless 2 year old daughter as she is used to much heavier chairs. However, if it tips over on her, it's light enough that she can't be seriously injured. I appreciated it. Comfort: As mentioned, the chairs are soft, they have a little back support, which is adequate, and the footrest is in a good place. In general they are quite comfortable. However, after a few hours I would prefer my sofa. Service: When I first received the bar stools, one of them had a torn cushion. I've emailed Nathan James with the build package contact information. I sent them some pictures of the torn seat and they immediately sent me a replacement set. To be honest I was only expecting a new cushion but they sent me brand new chairs. I have also received follow up emails and for every email I have sent the response time has been same day to ensure I am up to date. They contacted me first on the day it shipped, again on the day I was supposed to receive the delivery and a few days later to see if the new stools are a good replacement and if I have any other issues . . I was so impressed that I immediately bought 2 more stools. Also, after 2 weeks I got a box of chocolates. I opened it and it was an apology for the inconvenience! I've never had anything like this in my entire life! It was absolutely stunning. Thank you Nathan James for a great product and experience.
