Four months ago - when it was new - I really wanted to buy this briefcase. The quality of the leather is excellent. The overall construction is top notch. I've had compliments on this one - and it SHOULD last for many, many years. But one big problem keeps getting in the way: ONE OF THE LONG METAL ZIPPERS CONSTANTLY COMES OFF ITS CONNECTION. I had to spend a few minutes peeling it off and putting it back together. I've tried contacting Texbo but they are largely unresponsive, although in exchange for my disappointment they offered me a wallet (which they never sent and never offered me a way to exchange or repair this briefcase). I ended up spending $160 on a useless briefcase. Trust me, this is a portfolio that will last a lifetime. But he's only a few months old and turned out to be a real lemon. Revain halts the return process after 30 days and does not offer me a viable method to repair this faulty product. So my advice. DO NOT BUY THIS PORTFOLIO! By the way, the briefcase in the photo looks like it has reinforced corners and some kind of internal support method. But obviously TEXBO just stuffed it with foam to make it look more uniform and travel-ready. When the briefcase arrived I was disappointed to see that there was NO internal support inside, which caused the long zippers to bend - which may be the reason they come loose. Again, I really wanted to like this product - both Revain and Texbo had to work hard to lose my confidence. If you buy this case I think you will be as disappointed as I am. Spend your money on a slightly smaller case (this is larger than shown in the photos) and you'll probably be happier. - Mike
