I have had chronic tennis and golfer's elbow for several years. I used to wear the ACE Comfort Fit Sleeve and got hot wearing it. I felt a lot better with that and with the stretches from Jack Albrecht's Tennis and Golfing: Elbow Relief in Just a Few Days. I love that it doesn't feel sticky or hot when I use it during my morning workout, even on hot summer days. I also felt it gave me more consistent elbow support where my arm felt stronger. While shopping I measured my elbow which was 11.5 inches and bought a medium sleeve which fits perfectly (tight enough for support but not too tight to restrict movement or blood flow). The material is comfortable. Besides, the sleeve design looks cool. I wear it with the Kunto nametag over the elbow and the orange hex side is on the outside of the elbow as in the product photo. There is also an internal tag which I removed slightly because I didn't want it on my skin. I highly recommend this case.
