I had a similar pair from the same company for over 6 years until the heel wore out so I replaced them, assuming the new shoes of same quality. (People sell these used shoes on Ebay) The upper remains fine but the heel has already worn down from mainly indoor use in about a year. Tried to contact the company. They have a contact form that doesn't work and a support number that doesn't answer and no one answers messages.
