I am new to photography and this is my first reflector. I had to do a little research online to identify the stand but when I did I was impressed with the quality at this price point. In order for the bracket and stand to fit the adapter properly, you need to find a hole that fits snugly so you can adjust and tighten it so it doesn't move. It took me a while to figure it out, but once I did it worked great. Youtube is very helpful in showing you how to do it. Another problem I had was it falling under the weight of the reflector. I felt so stupid because when I showed my husband the problem, all I had to do was move the reflector arm right onto the legs of the tripod and not fall over again. I found the reflector itself to be of good quality. The zipper works great and seems very reliable to me. It was just as good as the $45 version at the local camera store. I gave this a 4 star rating because I think if it came with instructions the average person would have no problem with this product at all. If instructions were included it would definitely be 5 stars. I'm very happy with it!
