The ability for me as an admin user, I can create my own custom dashboards that are used across multiple clients in our organization. It's not intuitive at times when you're just trying to figure out how something works or what it does without having someone walk through with you step-by-step. If they add some new features/tools then this will make things easier but right now there isn't much we could use from them. We've been able to get rid of several other systems because of its simplicity & ease of access (no need to install software).
