I use this basket as a spacer and it suits my needs perfectly. With TVs, Roku, DVDs, and lightweight remotes, we had far too many devices floating around and getting lost. This container is great for keeping them all in their own pocket and (as long as we don't forget to put them back!) it works great! There are enough pockets to fit glasses cases (for bifocals), styluses for iPads and Fires, for iPads and Kindle Fires themselves, cell phones, lip balm and more! Anything you can imagine that you have on hand fits right into this wonderful trolley. It's not big enough to hold magazines or word search books etc, but other than that it's great. Since it's winter, we have menthol and small packs of paper napkins. With all that, there's still plenty of room for anything we could put in there (lollipops, little bottles of hand lotion, whatever!). The purple is a little darker than in the photo, but still beautiful. . When I first took it out of the box, I was worried that it wouldn't stand up on its own; However, when I just put the remotes in the outside pockets, it stood up fine. The pen is great for just handing to someone in the room or carrying from room to room. It says it can be used as a cleaning basket, which I think you can, but it's very short so I'm not sure how the cleaning supplies stay in it. It's also too small to hold a roll of paper towels. I think you could make it work, but it might be better to buy a hard and high sided detergent container for this purpose. Otherwise, though, I see how this would work for the arts and crafts projects you're working on, although it's open. So if you have cats, they're sure to be chasing after your floss, etc. It also works for cosmetics and hair accessories and all sorts of little things you want in one convenient place. This is a great organizer and I will definitely buy it again. In fact, I already have this on my list for my mom who keeps losing her remotes and glasses. She won't like purple, but luckily this wagon comes in a variety of colors to suit everyone's taste.
