
. It's hard to say exactly if this worked for me as I used it early in weight loss when people tended to use the to see fastest results. I've been able to lose about 2.5 pounds a week and by not eating for several weeks my weight has come down to about 2 pounds a week. However, there are a number of other factors that can contribute to change (diet, exercise/intensity, etc.). I didn't feel jittery or otherwise, but the day I stopped using it I was very tired and took a long nap that day (which I never do). But afterwards I felt good. I decided to try another highly rated product for my next cycle.
