Nice but dirty place with tiny holes.

Very nice to look at! I'm using it for my daughter's first birthday in 2 weeks. After opening it and examining the goods, I noticed a dirty spot with multiple holes on the green part. Uhhh! I'll try to figure it out myself but I definitely shouldn't have sent it to someone dirty. A little disappointed. Update: Tried cleaning it but it won't come off.
