Although I find this product overpriced, the only downside I would like to highlight is the lid. I'm very picky with kids but before I bought it I figured the lid must be great. While I like that the red color indicates when it's closed, the direction of the "switch" knob to open and close is awkward. I spilled it once thinking it was closed as the switch was closest to the spout. I really like the Now Drink technology. It really seems to be working. I checked your website to see if there is an optional extra handle or carry strap. Perhaps developing a streamlined handle (e.g. one that folds down like a briefcase) that doesn't get in the way of the cup holder could be a design idea. UPDATED for May 2020 buy (buy again): An old dad who often complained about his coffee getting cold while he was working on the computer and regularly having to go upstairs to burn off the "last drop". He thought his Yeti solved the problem, although he's been enjoying delicious coffee, click and click, since his birthday this year. I'd give it a 5-star experience (perhaps for self-aggrandizement), although I'm still undecided on the lid.
