The best part about gerock is its ability to connect all parties involved in any given transaction or case within one place. It also allows for collaboration between different departments which makes it easy to get things done quickly without having to go back n forth with other teams as we work through issues together. I wish they had more custom fields available than what's provided by default like in Freshdesk where you can add your own fields when creating tickets but thats not something i'd say would be big deal if added in future releases. There are many benefits from using this software including ease of use especially once people train how to navigate their way around the system effectively. Also being able to share files which has helped us save time since our team doesn't have physical offices so documents need to move throughout various locations.
