The box it came in was huge and soooo heavy but I managed it all by myself (little chubby 51 year old haha!). I just asked the UPS guy to put it in the garage and then I pulled out all the pieces one by one. I assembled it myself. The instructions are very clear, the hardware is packaged better than anything I've ever assembled. There were a few small marks and scratches on the case, but only I know where they are, they're completely invisible. Excellent shelf, very strong and heavy, the color is chic. I plan to order more very soon.
