I feel warm and comfortable in practice!
I'm 1.60 m tall and weigh 50/60 kg, so I chose the second option. It seems to me that there is a lot of additional material. I ordered a second one and chose the second one. "It keeps me warm under my clothes at work. So comfortable. I wish I had tried the first fit, maybe it could have been snug, but at least not from extra material.
