Be careful when purchasing this case as it doesn't work well with Magsafe accessories. If you plan to use a Magsafe car mount or charger like the Belkin Boost 3-in-1, this case is NOT compatible. The iPhone 13 Pro Max is a heavy phone and since this case doesn't have any additional magnets, the magnetic connection was extremely weak and my accessories couldn't support the weight of my new iPhone. In general, the design of the case is quite pleasing. I like the hard plastic back, but it leaves a lot of fingerprints even when using lighter options on the phone, like the new Sierra Blue color. The soft plastic edges of the case are nice and give the phone a slight grip while retaining the tactile feel of the buttons, but they also make it look bulkier and cheaper. In addition, the pattern embedded in the soft plastic and the air cushions at the corners of the housing block the view of the edges of the stainless steel phone. I really wanted to love this case and as soon as I unpacked my phone I put it on immediately. However, I was very disappointed to find out how poorly it worked with my new Magsafe accessory. If Magsafe isn't important to you, I think it's a cheap and reliable buy, but it means you won't get the most out of your new investment. I just bought an Apple Clear Case with Magsafe and as soon as I started using it the difference in quality was immediately visible. Although this case is more expensive ($49), I think it's worth the money and is exactly what I was looking for. This case looks better, feels better and is more functional.
