Poor quality of the goods
I have had my wallet for a year and 5 days. I use it almost every day. I liked the capacity. I liked the security features. I was happy with my purchase. But for 1 year 5 days of owning this wallet, the clasp holding the strap to the wallet broke. 1 year warranty. They wouldn't budge on that guarantee and now I'm stuck with an $80 purse that lasted a year. So now I am very dissatisfied with my purchase.
