Very good tool that has helped us greatly with compliance
The software integrates very seamlessly into our product lifecycle management system, which makes it easy for users who don't know much about technology or security issues to use without getting confused as to where things are in relation to each other.
If there were any downsides they would be minor--it's not super user-friendly at first glance but anyone willing to put some time in can learn how to navigate their way around easily enough. We have been able to implement more stringent encryption requirements across multiple industries.

- Strong privacy tools available outof box.
- Reliable serviceability if something does break down (free version includes full support from technical staff)
- Comprehensive dashboard gives high visibility with data being collected all alongthe flow!
Cons
- Some lackluster reporting functionality.
- Can take an hour ot get usedto navigation
