Review on Axceligent by Shane Minter

I had some issues with axceligent that resolved, eventually; however i would have liked to see this handled in an even more timely manner- like faster than it did resolve! They are very professional at resolving things quickly once you get them attention which is key given how big their organization can be - but just give me what we need now!! The problem area they addressed was having trouble seeing where credit card transactions were being placed by our POS systems for specific merchants/transactions (we use Square). The level of service provided by this team is fantastic - I have never felt that there was something missing or not addressed in my request for help. They always go above and beyond what we could expect from an IT vendor, as well! We are very happy with their service so far, but it's too early to tell if they will continue to deliver at such high levels. Their support has been outstanding.
