Comfy but not sport worthy
Im a 42h normally but the band has been kind snug and its a sports bra so figured better to go up. Well the bands the only snug thing. The cups just let my boobs hang out theres nothing high impact about it or padding. It feels more like a bra to sleep in or just lounging
