Review on Accumula by Gary Duncan

Integral part of our success story for almost 10 years now since we started using it - not only is that its user interface easy enough even non technical users can use but also very intuitive as well (it feels like you are working with an old fashioned piece software). Not much dislike about this product apart from occasional downtime which I would think could be solved by adding more resources or support team members if needed. This has been one key enabler when dealing with digital transformation projects where there was no other way than having everything running under same database/platform so all data relating to customers were stored at once place.
