The rolled up hoodie covers the neck, and I'm glad there's enough fabric to cover my shoulders as well. It's soft, lightweight and retains enough warmth to keep you warm. While I wish it was a solid black, overall I'm happy and found it a worthwhile purchase. *along with doses of Turmeric/Ginger/Berberine, Carlson Elite Omega 3 and Nutramax Cosequin.
