You'll be looking for warmth in the winter

I was hoping you'd really like this shower head. I've been using the standard Moen shower head for years, nothing out of the ordinary. I recently bought a Moen Rainshower for my wife and she loves it. I was interested in comparing this experience to that and also comparing it to my own shower head. FIRST IMPRESSION: My first impression when I turned it on and walked in was this. Wow. This is really a small spray pattern. My thoughts immediately went to those cold winter mornings when you just want to step into a hot shower. With this shower head, I imagined myself constantly spinning in circles like a skewer running at high speed just to keep myself warm. FEATURES: This product was developed by the Delta Faucet Innovation Lab. The device has a massage setting, one for the hair. Wash and one that looks like a rain shower head. They are very easy to change with a lever on the head. Switching from one mode to another is almost effortless, so do a good job with the jet selector. MASSAGE DEVICE: This is normal for a low flow shower head. Don't expect a whirlpool effect from a device with a limited water flow. It was beautiful on the face, shoulders and neck. If you go further down, it's not worth using. HAIR WASH SETTING: This is a good setting. I don't have thick hair but I think it's a good design. There is a strong feeling of flow because the central massage jets are connected by the middle jet ring. You also get a finer, lower frequency (maybe 10 pulses per second) pulsating spray from massage sprayers. It's good to reach the scalp for a good rinse. My wife thought it was a good setting. She also liked (but disliked) the massage setting. RAIN SHOWER SETTING: This is the setting I usually use when showering. The sensory experience compared to my wife's Moen was similar. I can say with confidence that it is not 20 times better (the difference is in the cost factor). So for the sensory experience you get I rate it highly. The problem with this setup is that the spray pattern is too small for me. When I shower I want the spray to cover most of my upper body. This shower head just doesn't fit. As noted in the specs below, the largest beam pattern I've measured (coming from this setup) is only 8 inches wide at three feet. back into that kind of thing. However, my first impression is my lasting impression after three days of use. The spray pattern is too narrow for my taste. It's tolerable in the summer, but I know I'll hate that shower head when winter comes. SPECIFICATIONS: Maximum flow at 80 psi is 1.75 GPM or 6.6 LPM. Most likely, it's the way to wash your head. Maximum flow at 45 psi is 1.3 GPM or 4.9 l/min. The length of the shower head (camouflage part only) is about 7.0 cm (2.75 inch). The shower head is approximately 8.9 cm wide. Width of widest beam at 3 feet (1 meter): Approximately 8 inches. 2-year parts and labor warranty, repair or replacement, excluding labor
