Don't waste time

I feel like the instructions should say not to reverse the strings. I thought they were just twine wrapped to hold together but they are actually used for part of the pom pom. So I basically screwed up my first one and then figured it out. They, too, have always fluffed up. not worth the time

Pros

Perfect for weddings, birthday parties, bachelorette parties, children's parties and special occasions. Goes well with other holiday decor.
