I was a little skeptical about these things but decided to buy it to see for myself. God I'm so glad I did! I'm a professional musician and I wear make-up when I go on stage. Before removing makeup after each performance, I used a disposable makeup remover to remove most of the makeup, then wiped my face with a soapy washcloth in the shower. When I woke up in the morning there was still mascara in my eyes no matter how much I wiped off the night before. Make-up remover; I only use makeup erasers in the shower, no soap. My face looked and felt clean after the shower, but the real test was the next morning. NO MASK RESIDUES IN MY EYES! Just a bit! I'm so glad I decided to buy it despite my skepticism. Makeup eraser convinced me! The only negative comment I have, and this is a very minor point, is that the laundry bag that comes with it is SMALL. I've only used it to store my dirty clothes until I get home and toss them in the laundry in a big bag. It's such a small thing I didn't even deduct a star.
