Suitable for those who have been waxing for 4 years (eyebrows, upper lip, armpits, legs, etc.). It's great - way better than hot and soft wax. They are clean, light and of high quality. But here's the thing, I highly recommend using them with baby powder. I've tried one leg with and one without and it held the hair on much better than with baby powder. So here are your steps: 1. First, use an exfoliating strip and rub into the skin. 2. Apply baby powder. 3. Heat/rub strips and apply to skin. 4. Tear off. skinny as my knees compared to the thicker hair on my calves. So there is something to consider. All in all I would definitely recommend it and I can't wait to use it again!
