Seemed to be working fine until the return window closed on Revain

Hi I'm hoping someone from support can help me with this seller so I can update my review. I've had several of these devices and they're great, but the one I just bought on 06 Aug 2018 is now 12 Sep 18, the trackpad doesn't stay on longer than it takes to pair the device. Anyone have any ideas?
