First of all I would like to say that this is my second time buying this charger because my puppy loves to grab the cords. I read the comments and am surprised to see so many bad reviews. I like this product for several reasons. 1) It is perfect for laptop charging port. 2) the product seems strong and durable (unless you have a 4 month old german shepherd who is teething and treacherous!) & 3) I received the product quickly and well packaged with a few plastic bags to protect it, i need to charge my laptop as soon as possible as the outbreak of the coronavirus has affected our daily life, my classes have been moved online. All in all I haven't had any issues with this charger in the past and I expect to continue to do so. If anything changes, I would update my review.
