It doesn't look like I've exercised at all.
A little disappointed. I don't know, maybe I'm doing it wrong, but I've just been using it for 15 minutes straight and I don't feel like a single muscle is working. I don't feel like I've done any sport at all. And now I'm not in shape at all. I can hardly walk up the stairs without being out of breath. But it's a tire. I don't know how it's supposed to work with any part of the body.
