Definitely cleans the bowl well. I would love to love it but I have mixed feelings mainly due to the cons mentioned below. My 2 cents below: Pros: - Cleans really well - Smells really nice, way better than any liquid bowl cleaner I've tried - Very easy to use. It should also work on hard water stains. Comes with a mop for the toilet. Top down liquids definitely have more opacity than this one. Using a mop to clean before rinsing definitely makes it better, but still lacks something compared to liquid ones - too expensive for only 24 capsules which are only good for 24 uses.
